With a career spanning more than 23 years — over 20 of which have been at PBD — Scott is an active partner who possesses strong problem solving and design skills. Scott is responsible for taking all the disparate parts of the whole and putting them together to create spaces that fulfill needs and surpass expectations. Scott is an efficient and organized professional who is an expert in the front end development of projects. He is instrumental in gathering information for programming requirements, defining budgets, and leading his teams to conquer challenges as they arise. Scott oversees the development of a project from conception to delivery of the finished project. He is instrumental in gathering information for program requirements, analyzing space options and monitoring budget, assuring these goals are carefully considered throughout the design development and construction administration phases of a project.
