ComPsych’s 43,714-square-foot headquarters at 130 E Randolph Street draws on Chicago’s architectural character as a framework for workplace identity. Working within the existing suite, PBD preserved and leveraged the building’s exposed concrete structure, warm brick, and natural wood framing rather than replacing them, keeping the project efficient while grounding the design in the city’s industrial history. Full-height glass fronts on conference and collaboration rooms maintain visual connectivity across the floor, and a range of settings from formal boardroom to open touchdown and enclosed focus rooms gives employees flexibility across the full footprint.
