PBD was engaged by EQ Office to renovate their 1.3 million- square-foot River North Point office tower. The goal was to re-establish the building as a modern employment hub offering top- class amenities in a prime location— ultimately creating a space where innovative, creative companies can thrive and succeed. The project included approximately 30,000 square feet of tenant amenity upgrades, including a state- of-the-art fitness area, lounge, conferencing, retail kiosk and rooftop garden offering incredible views of the Chicago River and Chicago Loop. Building façade improvements added new glazing along the street level and second floor amenity space to bring in additional natural light and take advantage of the building’s riverside location.
