Equity Residential is a company focused on the acquisition, development and management of rental apartment properties in urban and high-density suburban coastal gateway markets where today’s affluent renters want to live, work, and play. Partners by Design was hired to remodel their headquarters at Two North Riverside Plaza, Suite 400 & 500. The 63,000 SF space was being consolidated from three floors to two floors and accommodate 300 people and include open office space with private offices.
