OfficeLinks engaged Partners by Design to design the company’s premier office space in Chicago, located on the 84th floor of the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower).
The Partners team collaborated with OfficeLinks’ in-house design staff to take space planning and interior design to the next level. The end result is a sophisticated environment that raises the bar for the industry, strongly rivaling competitors, and designed to attract high-caliber clientele for years to come. Features include:
In addition to designing a modern, sophisticated space, the Partners team met the challenge of delivering a workplace that would qualify for LEED certification. The selected materials, MEP systems, and construction techniques all contributed credits necessary for LEED certification. The program incorporated Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency plumbing specifications, reduced lighting power density, CFC reduction in HVAC equipment, cabinetry composed of recyclable materials, recycled content in specified materials, low-emitting VOC materials, and FSC-certified woods.
