Her unquestionable leadership as a Partner and in the larger design community is a testament to her commitment to guiding and listening to the members of her team. Whether they’re PBD’s architects and designers, contractors, vendors, brokers, or specialty consultants, Erika’s talents as a liaison between all parties involved in the design process ensures that the client’s expectations are exceeded from the first day of the project through the last. As an NCIDQ registered Interior Designer licensed in the State of Illinois, a LEED accredited professional, and with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Florida State University, Erika has over two decades of experience working in the field providing day-to-day direction for her project teams. The art and strategy of changing an office to achieve a business’s goals is at the heart of Erika’s roll at Partners by Design, and her education, experience, and good humor make her a trustworthy advocate in meeting the objectives of each diverse client.
