In designing the client’s new workspace in Palm Beach Gardens, Partners by Design created an environment that blends functionality with design tailored to reflect the company’s technological leadership. The 24,000 SF space was conceived to support the client’s mission of powering trusted identities—through layered transparency, refined branding moments, and a deep material palette grounded in texture and tone.
From the outset, the design team prioritized an aesthetic anchored by high-contrast elements and biophilic integration. A central Townhall anchors the floorplan and supports a hybrid workforce through flexibility and connectivity, while a vibrant Reception area sets the tone with clean lines, accent lighting, and layered materials including tambour panels, solid surface elements, and acoustic treatments. Collaboration zones—including open huddle spaces, teaming areas, and touchdown stations—are distributed throughout to promote movement and idea exchange, while a specialized Engineering Playground and heritage wall celebrate the client’s innovations and legacy.
The palette features wood-look LVT, concrete, layered drapery, reeded glass film, and acoustical wallcoverings—balancing function and visual comfort across varied zones such as labs, QC rooms, and open workstations. A refined boardroom with integrated AV and branded moments, along with flexible conference layouts and wellness areas, completes a workplace designed to grow with the client’s evolving needs while reinforcing a strong sense of place and purpose.
