For Medline’s space at The Mart, our team designed a distinctive workplace that seamlessly integrates brand identity with strategic functionality. The design features a welcoming reception with Medline’s illuminated wood logo against a dark textured backdrop, open collaboration areas with high-back lounge seating, and vibrant cafe spaces defined by warm wood floors and globe lighting. Natural tones, layered textures, and purposeful branding moments throughout the space create an environment that is both refined and approachable, supporting productivity, employee well-being, and connection to Medline’s mission.
